What’s your faith story and how often do you share it to witness to your Methodist faith?  In today’s world where so many are questioning what they believe and why, it’s crucial to the growth and sustainability of our beloved church to openly speak to the works of God in your life.

With this in mind, our 2023 Laity Convocation will focus on providing a unique opportunity to hone your storytelling skills with a masterful and renowned professional storyteller— Sheila Arnold. Sheila has given more than 600 presentations for schools, churches, professional organizations and museums in 26 states. Bishop Thomas J. Bickerton, will be on hand for this essential gathering, as will Connecticut District Superintendent Rev. Dr. Alpher Sylvester.
