In memory of the recent loss of one of our own young adult church family members, and in response to the distress and untimely death of too many young people in our broader community, we feel the need to take some positive action. We are calling all interested church members to see how we can best support our church youth who are away at school, and/or just starting their working life; and also to counteract these disturbing trends and act in love to serve those in need of information, support, and healing.

The next meeting is Sunday, Oct 6 following the 10:00 am service. We will be preparing care packages to send to our youth who are going through a life change – planning for college, away at school, just starting their first job, etc. We invite everyone to participate.
