NOVEMBER

Zip Lining – Sunday, November 1st – 5:00-8:30 PM – Adventure Park webpage

Swing through the trees with us! Get dropped off and picked up at Fairfield Grace. Please bring layers and $36 – financial support is available, as needed.

Core Team Interest Meeting – Thursday, November 5th – 7:30-8:30 PM

If you are an adult (or young adult that has graduated from high school) and are interested in learning more about our core planning team, join us for this meeting!

Sandy Recovery Mission Work – Saturday, November 7th – all day – NYAC webpage

Be a part of our “Done in a Day” Sandy Recovery mission work project led by the New York Annual Conference to support the need still present from Hurricane Sandy.

November Youth Sunday Service – Sunday, November 8th – 10:00-11:30 AM

Attend our Fairfield Grace UMC Sunday service that will be geared towards our youth, which will include a youth worship leader and feature the youth Treble Choir.

November Core Team Meeting – Tuesday, November 10th – 6:30-8:00 PM

If you are an adult (or young adult that has graduated from high school) and would like to help us plan our monthly events and Winter Retreat, join us for this meeting!

Mission Trip Information Session #1 – Sunday, November 15th – 6:00-7:00 PM

Join us to learn more about our 2016 Youth Group Mission Trip to West Virginia in July. Also, you’ll get FREE PIZZA!

Youth Group Meeting – Sunday, November 15th – 7:00-8:30 PM

We will be making crafts/baked goods to market at our booth for the Holiday Fair at Fairfield Grace. This is an important component of our annual fundraising efforts!

Holiday Fair – Saturday, November 21st – 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM – Holiday Fair

We will need vendors and marketers to support our youth group booth at the Fairfield Grace Holiday Fair. You may sign up for either shift – 9:00 – 1:00 or 1:00-5:00.

NO MEETING – Sunday, November 29th – Happy Thanksgiving!
