Prophets of Peace December 2007
My daughter and I kept with tradition this year and went shopping the day after Thanksgiving, also known as "Black Friday." Though some members of our family think we have some loose wiring in our heads to do so, we find the day enjoyable. It's more than finding great bargains and jump-starting our Christmas shopping. It's even more than spending a day together talking, laughing and eating out. There's something different in people the day after Thanksgiving - a spirit that's hard to define, but definitely felt.
